Help with conversations, minutes and your account

support@joinconclave.com · Saqbach, LLC

Write to support@joinconclave.com. Include your app version, your visionOS version, roughly when it happened and the message you saw. For a purchase question, include the transaction identifier from your Apple receipt if we ask for it. Please never send passwords, keys or a recording of a private conversation.

Starting a conversation

Choose a chamber, then look at a companion and pinch to speak with them. Only the selected companion speaks at a time. Companions share what is said during your visit, including a compact memory of a longer discussion, and a new chamber starts fresh. They can misunderstand or misremember; correct them aloud and the conversation continues with the right context.

Before your first conversation the app explains that your voice and context are shared with OpenAI. Choose Allow voice conversations to continue, or Explore without voice to stay in the chamber without speaking. Allow the system microphone request when it appears. Mute stops your microphone; leaving the chamber ends the voice connection.

To withdraw sharing permission later, open Account & voice and choose Turn off voice sharing. You can review the explanation and allow conversations again whenever you like. Signing out also turns sharing off.

A companion cannot hear me

Check the app's microphone permission in visionOS Settings and make sure the conversation is not muted. If the app reports a system audio interruption, finish any other audio interaction and choose Try again. If it still fails, leave the chamber, return, and try once more. If it keeps happening, send us the message and the approximate time.

Minutes, memberships and packs

Conversation is measured in minutes. Every new account starts with ten free minutes. A membership adds minutes each month and renews through your Apple account; a pack adds minutes once and they never expire. Unused membership minutes carry over. A minute is measured by what a conversation actually uses, so a brisk exchange with switching companions stretches a little further than a long monologue with one, and your balance never goes below what you have paid for.

While a conversation is open, a small number of minutes is held and shown separately on your account card. The hold settles to what was actually used when the conversation ends.

To change or cancel a membership, open Account & voice and choose Manage membership, or open Subscriptions in your App Store settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; minutes already added stay on your account.

A purchase finished but the minutes have not appeared

Open Account & voice with the same Conclave account that made the purchase and choose Recover a purchase. You do not need to buy again; the app retries the confirmation. A purchase Apple lists as pending must finish with Apple before minutes can be added.

Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Follow Apple's refund instructions; eligibility and timing depend on Apple and the purchase terms. Deleting your Conclave account does not request a refund, and unused minutes are forfeited when an account is deleted.

Deleting your account

Open Account & voice, choose Delete account…, read the explanation and confirm with Apple. Keep the app installed while deletion is pending so it can use its saved recovery receipt, and return to Account & voice to check progress. Once complete, choose Done to clear the receipt.

If the connection drops during deletion, check its status in the app. An error does not mean the account was deleted or that you need a new one. Contact support if it stays pending.

Deletion removes your profile and saved conversation memory. Billing records and provider retention are explained in the privacy policy.
